One of our other favorite dinners is breakfast.  Tonight we had blueberry coffeecake and baked eggs with tomato and spinach.  We picked the blueberries while we were on vacation this week, so it was extra special.  I made the coffee cake with rapadura instead of white sugar, and it also had coconut oil, raw milk, pastured eggs and fresh pecans!  YUM.  I also made Mike some blueberry kefir with raw honey.  More on the vacation soon; I’m still tired!
