I have decided that I really need to start planning breakfast and lunch, but I only have dinner so far for this week.  You might notice there aren’t many veggies listed.  I mainly look at what I have that day to add a side.

Monday- Tempeh stirfry (we didn’t have it last week)

Tuesday- Baked potato bar and salad… toppings will include: round steak, grilled onions, sauteed mushrooms, spinach, bacon bits, homemade “sour cream”, etc.

Wednesday- Dinner at church

Thursday- Chicken chili tacos

Friday- Beans and rice, salad

Saturday- Guiness Stout stew

Sunday- Stew again (long day with church activities)
