Wow!  I just had a yummy dinner, and I thought I would share it with you!  Here is a picture of the black bean dish I served; well, this is actually a picture of Mike’s lunch for tomorrow because I didn’t take a picture before we ate.  I made some brown rice (cooked in homemade chicken stock and butter) to go along with it.  I was in heaven, and Mike really liked it too.  I have just discovered kale in the past couple of months and am a huge fan of it!   It isn’t bitter like a lot of greens are.  I just used some shaved ham that I bought at Whole Foods for the recipe since it was cheaper than a ham steak.   I got the recipe from Whole Foods- here it is:  http://www.wholefoodsmarket.com/recipes/recipe.php?recipeId=2434  Please try it!  I think you will like it!
