Monday

Breakfast- apples and almond butter.  Lunch- Grilled cheese.  Dinner- teriyaki pork roast, brown rice cooked in chicken stock, green beans and almonds, caramel pie.

Tuesday

Breakfast- breakfast burrito.  Lunch- cheese and crackers, fruit.   Dinner- stew and fresh baked bread (I have knitting).

Wednesday

Breakfast- Coconut pancakes.   Lunch- PB&J.  Dinner- Church

Thursday

Breakfast- smoothies.  Lunch- fish, fruit, crackers.  Dinner- Split pea soup, soaked cornbread muffins. 

Friday

Breakfast- Breakfast cookie.  Lunch- Alphabet soup in beef bone broth, crackers.  Dinner- Spaghetti and meatballs with homemade sauce, salad.

Date night

Sunday

Lunch at church.  Dinner- Turkey soup and salad
