Here is one of my new favorites!  Holly was eating this at coop pick-up last week, and I just knew that I had to give it a whirl.  We had it for dinner last night and EVERYONE in the family liked it!  What a great thing!   All I did was throw together cooked brown rice pasta (I used Tinkyada that I ordered from Vitacost since it is less expensive), tuna, mayo and frozen peas.  I made it the night before so that the peas would defrost in the salad while sitting in the fridge.  Talk about easy and delicious!  This will definitely show up each month at our house (not too often because tuna does have some mercury in it).
