Before sharing my menu plan,  I thought I would show you one of my favorite drinks lately: grapefruit spritzer.  I didn’t come up with it on my own- I read about it in some book, and I have no idea which one it is.  All you do is squeeze some fresh grapefruit juice, and mix it with a drop or 2 of stevia (if you want sweetness) and some good sea salt, and then add some mineral water to taste.  Yum!  This is really refreshing!

Breakfast cookie                                                                                                                                                                                                 PICNIC AT PARK with Sebastian- PB&J, fruit, blue corn chips                                                                                                     Chicken burritos (quick dinner before we all go to a hockey game with our care group leaders)
