This has been a very difficult and uninspired meal plan.  Daniel is going through another phase of not eating much, so I don’t feel like having fabulous meals (ha ha) rejected.  I’m trying to just serve simple things this week and not take his food rejection personally. 

Monday

Soaked apricot breakfast bars and milk.  Quesadillas (Daniel wanted mayo, bacon and cheese????), strawberries and cream.  Out to dinner with Mike’s mom, Julie, Nadia and Selena. 

Tuesday

Biscuits and honey.  Homemade popcorn chicken, hummus,  fruit.  Spaghetti and meatballs, roasted asparagus, hot homemade bread. 

Wednesday

Breakfast burrito.  PB&J.  Pizza and salad. 

Thursday

Soft boiled eggs and toast.  Hummus, crackers and cheese.   Shredded beef burritos. 

Friday

Breakfast cookie.  Lunch at Maggie’s?  Chicken fried rice, stirfried veggies. 

Saturday

Apple pancakes.  Leftovers.  Blackbean chili, cornbread, salad.

Sunday

Breakfast bars.   Chili and cornbread.  Chicken fried steak,garlic mashed potatoes, green beans.
